All knobs and buttons are present. Powers on. Capstan spins when turned on. Meter display lights up. Buttons press nicely. Knobs spin nicely. I don’t have a way to fully test but previous owner stated that it worked when last used. Some scratches and scuffs, peeling of the side panels, some rusty spots here and there. Great find!
