Offered is a lot of 50 NOS US-made vintage turret lugs, tin-plated brass. These are from an engineer's estate, and I have no idea who made them. These are more robust than most similar turrets, they should be ideal for DIY construction of tube amps. The connections can be made both top and bottom, with the components on top and the interconnections on the bottom for a neater appearance. The overall length is 0.61" and the height above the board is 0.25". Diameter is 0.25" at the widest point. A #14 (0.182" diameter) drill is recommended for mounting. Dimensions shown are approximate, and may vary slightly from part to part. These were intended to be swaged into the board, hence the recessed area seen on the bottom. The tool would have been tapered so as to spread that part of the terminal that extends through the board to hold it firmly in place. It wouldn't be hard to make a tool, if necessary, and this would be recommended to avoid chipping if you are using an unreinforced phenolic board. See the last picture for a swaged terminal. You can tap the terminal into the hole using a small 1/8" nut driver, and that works fine in glass-epoxy boards. I am also listing a very similar terminal that is silver-plated rather than tinned. See item #325709374372. Thank you for looking!
