Optimum reception on short waves is achieved in tandem with preselector knob. Tested with included AC cord and 6 "D" batteries (not included). Sound is loud, crisp and clear. All buttons/ switches work as they should.
Excellent working condition. Tunes in great. Comes with a good antenna cable. Cosmetically OK given its age. Please check the pics. I cleaned the potentiometers with electrical contact cleaner so there is no distortion sound. Thank you
