We harvested these parts from an Akai GX-4000D reel to reel that has been in our bone yard. We are a two person outfit in central maine with a combine 78 years of experience in component level repair.
Refer to pics. I have attached a new power cord as the old one was cut off by the previous owner. The mic inputs were tested and they work as well as the other inputs. Both channels are clear and superb sounding as well.
