Powers on. Can see tubes light up. No further testing. You will only receive what you see.
Cannot detrermine if this is a monoblock. I hooked this up to my turntable and attached speaker wires. Amp plays, no hum detected. Wasn't sure to keep or part with this this and I made my decision.
Here's an Eico HF-81 stereo integrated tube amplifier that dates to the early 1960's. The fourth is Eico. Amp exhibits signs of wear consistent with age and authenticity. All of these issues are pretty much the norm with this amp, more widely celebrated (obviously) for its sound than for its looks.
