This is a 5AR4 GZ34 Amperex Bugle Boy Audio Tube. It has the Blackburn Factory codes of f32 B3I2. It tested strong to NOS 95 to 100% on my calibrated Hickok TV7 tube tester with scores of 59/59 matching sides. Minimum value would be 40/40 so this tube is in great shape and strong.
