This was in working order last time it was plugged in I can NOT find the power cord to try it now but it should still work just fine. It will ship with handle exposed for carrying purposes as it weight a lot. As is but not doa might need tubes if so let me know I might have some that fit. It should be warmed up slowly or have the electrolytic parts replaced due to age so not to burn up the transformers.
